Please try to make it to class 5-10 minutes early to

navigate parking and making your way to class to

make sure you have the full class to work on your rug and complete it.

Any student more than 15 minutes late will not possibly not be able to do the class as you will not have time to complete your rug if you miss the class portion in the beginning.

Tickets to TheTuftestClassInTown are non refundable w/out 48 hour notice prior to class.

​

If you have to miss your class a 75% refund is available within a week prior to class.

​

Rescheduling ticket(s) has a fee of $35 without 48hrs proper notice.

If you miss your class without notice or contact there is NO REFUND

​Rugs are available to pick up the following day 2:30 - 7:00pm and available every day we are open during that same window.

We can also mail rugs for all students visiting from out of state.

Mailing can take up to 2 weeks due to schedule of Mail Drop offs.

The class has an age limit of 11+ for our normal adult class.

Please let us know if you have any party of your group under 13 years old

to make sure we discuss difficulty of images.

The class is a NON ALCOHOLIC space.

We do allow food and beverages but do not allow alcohol

as we are dealing with power tools with exposed sharp elements.
